Observer Posted May 28, 2005 Share Posted May 28, 2005 I'm trying to put together some numbers for a "Texas Budget," but since I'm unfamiliar with bills and fees in Texas, I need some help. Here's what I put together, for a 3,500 square foot house that costs $375K. Monthly Budget ----------------------------- Known Mortgage Pmt - $1,800 Property Tax - $833 Unknown Utilities - $400?? (Air conditioning, heat) MUD Fee - $100?? Car Insurance - $300?? Items under "Unknown" are items I'm completely guessing at, and hope some of you folks more familiar with typical rates could help out. Thanks!
