I'm sure many of you have heard about all the exonerations here in Texas. It's getting better in some places such as Dallas, but not in Harris county.

Pat lykos took charge promissing to do whats right but that's not good enough. We would like to share with you the wrongful prosecution of Robert McClendon

when two women used the judicial system to take legal advantage of him when he was disabled. Harris county prosecutors did not investigate this crime

before prosecuting him. America's Wrongfully Convicted did it's own investigation and found a mountain of evidence showing it was a setup that was planned a few moths before.

To make matters worse, the two women somehow walked into a police evidence room and claimed firearms that did not belong to them and walked out. and were allowed to lie through every court appearance. Only after we turned the evidence over to the DA's office, they discovered that they botched the case and are trying to sweep it under the rug.
