Norhill Realty Posted October 15, 2009 Author Share Posted October 15, 2009 Yes, activity is generally slower in the 4th Q, but we are expecting a bit of an uptick in activity this year with first time home buyers looking to close prior to the Nov 30 deadline for the tax credit.
