argent Posted July 13, 2009 Share Posted July 13, 2009 Hi all. I'm new to this forum and am pleased w/ the wealth of knowledge on this site. I'm beginning to invest in residential properties and of course have questions. I'm looking into foreclosures due to good loan-to-value ratios and subsequently most potential homes need some work. I want to walk through these homes with a general contractor/repair person who could give me ballpark estimates for the cost of repairs. Does anyone have any people they would recommend for this? Also what would be the general cost for this or are estimates free? I'm currently looking in the Washington Terrace and Sawyer Heights areas. Any and all assistance is appreciated.
