Katyman Posted June 18, 2009 Share Posted June 18, 2009 I have a piece of land with a portion of it about to be taken over for the construction of the Grand Parkway. Now I am requesting for a driveway entrance. What is the setback requirement from the point of the driveway entrance? Apart from setback, are there any other issues I should put under consideration?
