pineda Posted April 19, 2005 Share Posted April 19, 2005 Will be known as Pope Benedict the 16th.The first German to be named Pope in about 1000 years.Lived through Nazism and Marxism and saw how these ideologies threatened to destroy the Catholic Church, which most probably helped build his belief system that the Catholic Church should resist change or modernism.
