Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

Recommended Posts

so, st. patrick died on march 17. he brought christianity to the emerald isle. during the potato famine over 1 million irish came to new york. i guess many of those folk ended up in chicago.

guess i should appreciate the fact that the celebration of salvation is practiced with drinking. current evangelicals and conservative christians could learn a thing about basic human needs for jubilation.

do you have any thought or ideas about the history or practice of saint patrick's day?
