Hanno Posted July 5, 2009 Share Posted July 5, 2009 I went to Galveston a couple weeks back. Work is continuing inside most of the buildings on the Strand. The strand is about 1/3 back in business, if that. The PB is completely closed, and gutted on first floor. The lofts looked amost ready to rent out. A phone number and signage was posted. Murdock's is being rebuilt with the connecting buildings. Flagship is in bad bad shape. But, one corner is removed from the stucco and you can still see the mirror on the wall and the bed is still made... freaky! Here are photos.. some were taken from a moving car, so be kind.
