D.J.
When it rains it pours. We are seeing condensation in one of our double-paned windows. Does anyone know if you have to replace all of the glass? It seems like you would be able to remove it, dry it out and then reseal it? If anyone has experience with this, I would appreciate recommendations for companies that do this. Thanks again.

Thanks again.usually there is a charge of argon or some other inert gas to insulate in the middle of double pain windows and when there is some type of damage that allows that charge to leak out there is nothing that can be done to fix that particular pane set and recharge it....it needs to be replacedwithout that charge of inert gas there would be very little additional insulation factor for double pane windows other than the two additional surface factors of .68R interior and .17R exterior (or close to that) which is next to nothing and you will have regular air in the gaps subject to condensation just like you are seeing
