Any draftsman or architect willing to work with a non-profit?

We are looking for a draftsman with good creativity for a presentation of a project to our donors. We already have the concept and are willing to sit down with a good designer to help us get this dream off the ground.

We do need a Scale Model/Computer rendered, A CAD Draft and an animated presentation so our funders can give us funding. We have funders in place but we need to have a good presentation in order to have funding and getting our project off the ground.
