hbcu Posted February 2, 2009 Share Posted February 2, 2009 I always thought backroom deals were cut between reps from the towns on 290 past Hempstead/Brenham that prevented any type of freeway system...they've upgraded the roads in giddings, etc. but they don't go on and just create a legitimate system?
