Seeing the traffic all piled up on one side of the Southwest Freeway during rush hour makes you wonder at the possibilities of reversible freeway lanes like they have in other cities. But with the closeness of the downtown and West Loop junctions, there's probably no way to work that out.Thanks to fmulder21 for being at the right place at the right time.Amateur or professional, all are welcome to join the HAIF Flickr photo group.
