anyone know what United Equities has planned for Fry Street in Denton now

I support them knocking all that old stuff down and trying to redevelop the area (not sure a CVS was what I would have put there) but now that the idiots that run Denton have blocked them I was wondering what they might have planned

what exactly will Denton allow them to build there.....I have read questionable sources that say that the city will not allow residential there as well (uh it is right next to a large university)

I am just wondering what the city has told them they would allow.......sounds to me like Denton wants them to build new buildings that will fill right back up with the same cheesy crap that was there before......hardly a redevelopment
