Karick42
I am going to put some Med Center photos here as soon as I figure out how to paste them in without making them an attachment!
sheeats
Welcome to HAIF, Karick! If you've uploaded your photos to a hosting service like Flickr or Photobucket, you can simply click on the icon that looks like a picture (hover your cursor over it and it will say "Insert Image") and then put the direct URL of the photo into the prompt that pops up. Using this icon inserts the picture into your post directly and also scales it down to the correct size automatically. Hope this helps!

Is that the only way that you can put the images in directly like everyone else does?
sheeats
You can also use BB tags to insert the image, like img and /img (each one inside of brackets [ ]) with your URL in between. But if you're asking whether or not the photo has to be hosted somewhere and have a direct URL in order to be inserted into a post, then the answer is yes. But Flickr and Photobucket are totally free and very easy to use.
Pumapayam
If you have no attachment to it, use tinypic
Karick42
I think I finally got it! These first two are views from my office window. This is one of the UT Research Buildings. These next two are views from my old apartment.
