longhornguy Posted August 8, 2008 Share Posted August 8, 2008 I'm in the hunt for a foreclosed townhome and looking to get some suggestions for a contractor that would be welcome to perform minor repairs. Examples would be: 1. Installing shower heads/doors 2. Patching holes 3. Installing light fixtures 4. Installing sinks 5. Interior Painting 6. Replacing any missing socket covers, etc. These are all very minor repairs that I will not be able to do on my own in the timeframe I'm looking at. All help is appreciated!
