Metropolitan Park, a 35-acre project, will include a plaza with retail and commercial shopping, restaurants and office space. A short walk away will be one- to four-bedroom condominiums starting at $180,000. A residential section will include 40 lots, where half are sold. Developers expect the retail spaces to be ready within a year. The condominiums should be available in the next two years.
