I was wondering if we could start a list of subs/general contractors for small commercial buildouts and your recommendations for them. (Similar to the list flipper started for home construction). They did a kitchen / dining room remodel on my house and they also did some roof and siding work for me recently. I know they do commercial jobs too because they were recommended to me by my neighbor who used them to remodel his company's offices. They worked on his house too.
