I got a two-month free special so it is an excellent deal - regular price is $819 + water and trash ($24), but you'll only have to pay $707. The complex is nice, quiet community, plenty of parking (I live in the corner of the complex and there are 3x more spaces than cars), nice pool area, washer and dryer included, two closets (one walk-in) - it's a good place to be. Let me know ASAP if you're interested and I'll let you come by and check out the place. Would prefer a weekday just after working hours (4:30 PM - 6:30 PM). I need to have the lease transfer signed VERY soon because I will be moving to Dallas.
