M.I.F. General Contracting. Anyone ever used them?

This is my first post. I've lurked for a looong time. Thank you for having this board.

I am buying a Heights bungalow and was told about M.I.F. as a general contractor. Has anyone used them, or know anything about them? Good or bad.
