RWB Posted February 9, 2008 Share Posted February 9, 2008 My latest bike and photo excursion took me to the neighborhood just across Buffalo Bayou from downtown. No, the stairway to the Harris County Detention Center. This pedestrian bridge across the Bayou is used by prisoners who have just been "processed."
