marmer
401 Stratford. I went through it on the AIA tour. It really packs a lot of space into a small lot. First floor entryway seems cramped and turns left immediately to go upstairs. Master bed and bath are nice, with lots of glass overlooking the pool. There is a small guest bed and bath also on the first floor. Second floor is a large open kitchen/living area with a fireplace and flat screen TV and a great view of downtown.Third floor is an open deck on several levels with several small stairs and landings, with a big Viking outdoor range and access to the studio. The studio is like an efficiency apartment, with a small kitchen, and I think a small bathroom, again with a big window overlooking downtown. I believe the studio also has a separate entry and staircase from the ground floor. No garage but a gated covered carport under the studio.
