I guess the question is which have been built or are actually in the process of being built. Because a good design is just that, just an idea on paper, where as true architecture is the good idea on paper becoming reality.

From looking at a few of the files, quite a number of them ARE under construction. This is basically a collection of amazing buildings and their status and would be interesting to keep track of.
