plumber2 Posted December 12, 2007 Share Posted December 12, 2007 The 19th Ave N. neighborhood in Texas City used to do a real cool display. Almost all the homes participated. It's been a few years since I've been over there though.Dickinson has the Festival of Lights at Hopkins Park.The Triple Bar subdivision in Santa Fe also has good participation.
