Having my property in East End for sale [posting # 205699] I was looking for vintage abstract I thought [?] I had for it. Instead, I found vintage abstract for a family members home in Woodleigh Addition. Title by Southern Abstract & Title Co of Texas [find no address for company] dated 1927. Lot was sold for $2,000 by the Woodleigh Company. Also in 1927 a lenghty Abstract prepared by Steward Abstract Company, 2nd floorSteward Building. Telephone:Preston 4224 & 4223. [PR 4224 & PR 4223]. Steward Title abstract has plat map of Woodleigh Subdivision. Total of 5 different abstracts. I'd forgotten I had these. Glancing thru, saw Brady name mentioned. Lets get the Houston Historical Museum going .
