It looks like a fast food restaurant of some kind.Last time I saw the layout for the Target Center that spot next to CVS is supposed to be a Whataburger. They are also supposed to be building more stores next to Specs. One of them was a Michaels crap store...oops sorry, did I type crap...I meant to type craft store..
