raisingAlexis Posted September 25, 2007 Share Posted September 25, 2007 I've seen a few references on the internet (City of Pearland and SCR websites) discussing a police substation on Shadow Creek Parkway. I've also seen one of the blue SCR signs saying "future police/fire station". Here's hoping it actually happens.......Good point about also contacting the Sheriff's office in Angleton.....My understanding is that a bond issue must pass before the police/fire station and the library will be built along Shadow Creek Parkway across from SCR.{raisingAlexis}Just curious, did SCR do anything for National Night Out?My neighborhood in SCR did a NNO event - we got to meet some of the few neighbors that we didn't already know. One thing I love about the small "neighborhoods" within SCR is that it makes it easy to know your neighbors and help look out for one another. At least we do in Morningside, where I live!
