Pictures From The Rest Of The World

I like to look at pictures on the internet. I think a lot of other people do, too.

So the "Rest of the World" section now has a "Pictures From the Rest of the World" subsection to keep picture threads separate from the others. Hopefully this will also encourage more people to post their pictures.

Note that there is already a section for Houston pictures.
