Through an investment partnership, the Betz Cos. acquired the northwest Harris County property near Champion Forest Drive and Boudreaux for an undisclosed amount.CEO Ray Betz said he expects the land will be developed into a combination of uses, including shops, apartments, townhomes and office and medical space.The site will have frontage along the proposed Grand Parkway, which should be completed in this area within four years, said Ron Dagley, president of Raymond R. Betz Interests.Homes in Gleannloch Farms range from around the $140,000s to upwards of $1 million.
