houstonnoob
Looking for something comparable to the Live Oak lofts that is fairly new. I looked at the midtown rise (riselofts.com) today and thought the areas were a little cramped (i.e. narrow, though long). And downtown is just too damn expensive. Any ideas? Any ideas?I take it that the turn-off for Live Oak Lofts as far as you're concerned is the price? There are a couple other loft condominiums in the same area as LOL, and some are fairly affordable. Perhaps if you could provide a price range and requirements, someone on here could have a better idea of where you might fit in with the market. Scharpe St Guy
Houstonnoob,I would second Niche on the request for price and size requirements. Also what amenities would you want the loft to have? Thanks,Scharpe St Guy
sunsets
Are you looking to rent or buy? The "Sawyer Heights Lofts" are under construction and I think they're being offered for lease. They're not downtown, but just outside the Heights on I-10. Convenient location, but not really within easy walking distance to anything but the Target.
