I've noticed some nice homes (oak Park Patio and Oak Park Ridge) that are fairly new. Wish I would have noticed them earlier or I may have moved there. Specifically,- Is this a nice area?- Is it considered South Katy or Alief- **Are there any new developments planned in the next few years?Any and all insight is greatly appreciated!
