Due to the expansion of the Galleria and the real estate market, many developers are building luxury lofts and mid to high rises in this area. For example, the Lofts on Post Oak say that owners of a 1 bedroom unit can rent it out for around $2,500 a month if fully furnished. I'm not from Houston, but it seems like a good deal. Is this possible? Would people rent a one bedroom at this rate? Many people are doing just that...buying lofts to rent to corporate executives. What are your thoughts on this?
