Coffin Posted July 20, 2007 Share Posted July 20, 2007 Do NOT do any major repairs to the property unless they are absolutely necessary, i.e. do not do a bunch of electrical work to the place. I've seen too many flippers who take on too much in their projects and end up losing money.I think the others on here will agree with me that the most important work involved with flipping is done BEFORE you buy the house.
