bmil128 Posted April 2, 2007 Share Posted April 2, 2007 At the intersection of Mason Rd and Grand Parkway there is going to be a center going up on the northwest corner with a Kroger; Does anyone know what is going in the center on the southeast corner directly in front of Waterside Estates where they have already cleared land and started leveling for a foundation? bmil128 Posted April 20, 2007 Author Share Posted April 20, 2007 Found out this center will have a Bank of America and Sonic on two of the front plots, with Subway and the other usual strip center tenants in the strip itself. The Kroger center caddy-cornered to it will have a Wells Fargo, Wachovia and Chase Bank, no word on other tenants but it will be late 2008 before that is ready. I don't know the particular boundaries off-hand but that is pretty much the outermost area of it.I'm surprised that so far, they haven't taken the approach Rosenberg has to annex it's city limits outward around the locations where the new subdivisions are currently filling in.
