I did a search on Google, but I didn't really find anything other than their home page, nor was I able find anything in this forum. Are they part of a larger, more well-known company? Thanks! Thanks!I could have my builder wrong, but I believe Chesmar was started by some disgruntled Lennar higher-ups, who were either canned, or quit.If I'm remembering correctly, there was a shake-up and several people left, formed their own company, and pulled a lot of Lennar sales talent with them.
