TheNiche
I interpret that to mean that Galveston MLS's are getting more expensive and Houston is remaining stagnant. . .true? On the whole, Houston seems to be roughly in line with Texas as far as price appreciation is concerned. My point was not to knock Houston, but to show how far Galveston has come.It has seen its distribution of homes by price point switch from low-value domination to high-value domination. The median price of Galveston housing is now only exceeded by that of Collin County.
