I was sitting here this morning catching up on things and started feeling bad so I went in and rested for two hours. I guess it was the hernia again letting me know it's still there. Strange how it can make you feel so bad so quick then it goes away and you're able to get back up and continue. Last year it was happening while I was trying to work and I finally just gave up on working, I don't much like the idea of calling EMS every time I start feeling that bad. It always turned out negat...
