Read somewhere else that it was going to be a $12 million entrance to Bella Terra. That seems like a pricey entrance way. Also, now the are clearing land on the north side of 1093 and katy gaston. To the east of katy gaston.

Does anyone know what is going up at this location? They have started clearing out a large section of land from north of the bella terra neighborhood to FM 1093.

Took the survey, some promising restuarants and stores that La Centerra is trying to get. I think if they get half of these it will help the area tremendously. Also, recently they confirmed Ottos Grill a new concept from Otto's BBQ restaurants. This will be where the Johnny Rockets was located. Also, unfortunatly the Cold Stone Creamy abruptly closed and a new yogurt place called Berripop is soon to open there. In addition, a stationary and gift store will go in next to the Wine store.

Yes, 24 hour fitness is confirmed. Also, they have broke ground on a Taco bell next to the Sprint store.
