The pole and the easement have nothing to do with the builder at this point. The developer could have elected to install underground utilities early in the project but it is now a mute point. Don't worry about it, just check your survey to understand the size of the easment. You will need the AC that ugly pole is feeding.

I personaly think a Whole Foods type of market would kill in the old HEB space. Can someone hook that up?
