    From what I can tell, they are selling some (or all?) of these units, not renting, AND it will have retail. The Cheapest Unit on HAR right now Most Expensive one This, combined with the park renovation, should be a good thing for East Midtown.

    Houston Biz Journal Article on "The Edge" It looks like it probably WON'T have retail, but will be condos, not apartments.
