I walk along Dallas St. everyday on my new work commute. Every sidewalk downtown should be this way, it's not nice it's just normal.

Nice site and programming but pretty humdrum renderings. Hope it never gets out of the ground.

I guess the city could get rid of the Cotsworld diagonal parking spaces in front of this garage and develop a pocket park or bike lane.

Anyone know what's going on with the roof of this bldg?

What old buildings have we turned into parking garages? I can think of one and part of another. Hardly a tradition.
The old Sakowitz on Main and 919 Milam? Yeah I'm stumped otherwise.

Anybody know what the renovated old yellow Passport place catercorner from the Mickey Leland federal is? Looks like a coffee shop by the dark grey color palette and I saw it was permitted for new plumbing & electrical a couple months back.

True. In Texas, we have the political will to move hydrocarbons around for the good of private enterprise. We don't have the same will with rail.
That's b/c moving people around amounts to helping labor. Big no no.

Park At 910 W. Dallas St.
in Midtown

Weird pocket park will be weird. Ever hang out at Glover park, yeah me neither. But Wiley, Bethel, Webster, and Midtown/Bagby parks are cool. Could spur adjacent development but that could make or break this spot. Are there too many little parks in 4th ward, is TInsley not enough?
