Did the alleged theft at HEB not get reported to police? Nothing appears on the HPD's crime site for January. If the guys took the property out of a car, it's theft in a motor vehicle. There were some robberies reported on the HPD site at the Home Depot store a while back. If there's an aggravated assault reported that could be an attempted robbery.
