Mine went up another $8,500... That's $15,500 in two years...

It's supposed to open on Monday April 27th.

The Gelato place at the back of the center is really great. I hope it gets the traffic it needs to stay. Very authentic and the Panini's are very good too. I happened to stop by on Sunday and it wasn't really visible that they were actually open but I was pleasantly surprised when I entered. Also it looks like the Greek restaurant is making the final touches before their grand opening as well.

Well I live in Seven Meadows and our HOA went up from $740 to $825...

Does anyone have any news on the greek restaurant? Any idea when it will open?
