I agree the wings place was not all that great. Paper store has been for sale for several months. There is still much to be desired regarding this property and since you handle the leasing for the owners, I know your opinions are a bit biased. I am also in the real estate business and perhaps, we should agree to disagree on the creditability of the owners.

I noticed Lord Byron's cigar bar has already closed its doors. Does any one know why. I was really looking foward to going to it.

Well, first off the guy didn't pay his rent for 3 months straight, just like the buffalo wings and rings. Second, he built this grandiose place that would have been great in La Centerra or another visible place, but the Villagio does no advertising. Thus, no traffic, no way of knowing the place is there.

I'm sure he took a hit in the stock market too.
