Don't Feed The Troll !!

Well, first off the guy didn't pay his rent for 3 months straight, just like the buffalo wings and rings. Second, he built this grandiose place that would have been great in La Centerra or another visible place, but the Villagio does no advertising. Thus, no traffic, no way of knowing the place is there. I'm sure he took a hit in the stock market too.
