This has been revived for 2019. https://www4.mdanderson.org/procurement/bids/index.cfm?pagename=viewBid&id=6358&name=Request for Qualification&historic=yes Owner seeks designed-demolition and design/build services for the hazardous material abatement and demolition of the Owner’s Dental Branch Building (DBB) located at 6516 MD Anderson Boulevard. The DBB is a 6-story building that contains 325,000 gross square feet of floor space.   2. Looks like this will take out MD Anderson's Radiology Outpatient Center (ROC) at that intersection. The skybridge will connect to that garage.

  4. Edit: We maybe speaking of Phase 4, the buildouts on the top floors of the new tower. See latest (9/20/19 posting) Seems like their Mid Campus is supposed to be "Town Center" Mixed-Use. Listed in orange. Later describes several hotels and housing units. Believe it is all conceptional master planning.
  5. More info from MDACC about the Inpatient Bed Tower. The four site location selections, sizing, budget, and time frame. There are two towers planned then. Inpatient Bed Tower, and the 25-story office building.
  6. Always wondered when this land will get developed. With the Metro Uptown Transit Center going up down the street, this might be developed sooner than later.
