Hi everyone, I'm new to this site and would like to get info from anyone that is aware of a new community that has opened in Katy. It's at the corner of Cinco Ranch Blvd and Gaston Rd, Centex Homes. They bought the land from the King Family. I know we were all wondering how these homes would stand up to the current homes in Cinco. Has anyone visited or seen this area? What do you think? Is it good for our area? I looked online and their prices are reasonable and really nice floorplans. I just want to pick others brains to see what you think and if this would be a good purchase. ... katymother
