I agree GC. The MUD tax is outrageous. That is the info I was looking for, as well as any flooding and crime. Something about that drive on Longwood Trace from Telge to Louetta is very appealing. Coles Crossing and Longwood are my first choices, just havent found the one in those communities yet. Thanks for the info.

Is anyone familiar with this neighborhood? Looking for some feedback good or bad before i take the plunge.
