I still don't know where this is.  Is the project actually located on S. Post Oak Lane? Thought it was near the 1700 block?

Anybody know what landmark bldgs are near the site? I went down S. Post Oak Lane where the Four Leaf Towers are, heading towards Woodway and I couldn't find it.

Between San Felipe and Ambassador Way. West side.

  2. I don't get how the parking garage is a negative.... Similarly to the flagship whole foods in Austin, the garage makes parking infinitely more convenient. It's dedicated to the store, it's covered and climate controlled, it has parking space indicators and you're rarely more than 100' from the entrance.

Exactly, I can't think of a better plus. Wait until summer when it is 100 degrees and raining (at the same time!!), your car is in the shade and protected.

I can't believe all the negative posts here. WF has only been opened a few months and already people are citing its demise (some comments a month ago). It does take some time to readjust and fine tune the program, give them a break.

  3. So Apache will eventually have 2 towers at BLVD Place? hopefully the retail in the southeast corner of the lot is able to do well since its completely cut off from the rest of the site. interesting how they seem to know the design of the tower in the northwest corner of the plot, or at least have an interesting shape drawn in for the tower. i hope the others arent just boring boxes. so BLVD Place will eventually have ~3 residential towers, 1 hotel tower, and 2 office towers?

That's the building now under construction. (if I think you're talking about the "L" shaped one)
