As you might have guessed we flooded on Memorial Day. Lars did a good job, the house is sound. A couple of trucks of drywall and some new carpet and you are back in business. We really don't want to sell to a developer who will tear down what we have been restoring for the past 8 years. Let's work something out to save one of the last mod houses in this corner of Meyerland.
