From the Google view it looks like there is a shared driveway with the very close next door neighbors. Kinda defeats the purpose of having 3 acres. Too bad because the house seems pretty cool and I love the idea of a four car garage.

Houston Mod is in touch with the realtor to do a Mod of the Month here in August, but I'll be over there today to check it out.

I agree 100%. I wonder what the Lucian Hood remodel looked like since it appears that the 90's remodel got rid of it.
